ExponentAds provides software that helps Amazon sellers, brands, and agencies manage and optimize their advertising, including tools for automation, optimization, and reporting. We may add, modify, or remove features over time as the Service evolves.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service may integrate with Amazon through Amazon's official APIs and authorization mechanisms. Where such integrations are available, users authorize ExponentAds to access and process the data necessary to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Amazon's applicable policies.

You may disconnect your Amazon account at any time. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you authorize.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
